“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly! Whoever comes to this store and is lucky enough to have her help will be sure to have their problem handled. She is very thorough and clearly puts the customer first. Metro is lucky to have America represent them in such a customer-facing role!”
