“I needed a fix for a chain for my wife. Seeing as it was my first time in a private jewelry store I didn’t know what to except. I was greeted warmly by Mike and right away he showed his expertise by easily untangling the wild chain. He told me what I was working with and showed my a subtable chain replacement that was better that what I had and matched the custom lockett I came in with. I’m happy with my purchase that didn’t break my wallet. Thank you for being the only jewelry store in the area that was open after 6. I will be back for future purchases and asking for Mike. 🙏🏾”

“I was personally taken care of by Alberto Insua at this location and felt very welcomed by him. I was very nervous about going into the Rolex dealer that was also attached to and working with London Jewelers. He was warm with his welcome and took me through the models. He did not try to upsell me on models that were too expensive but he also made sure to make me feel comfortable in the fact that he did not think that money would be an issue for me. I was only 23 and I thought that the experience would be a lot more judgmental because of all the videos of people online in other dealers. However, I can say for sure that they are not true this man was the pinnacle of understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend making a special appointment with him specifically for your first watch purchase. I was able to find the specific type of model of Rolex that I was looking for that day at the London Jewelers, and I look forward to being able to buy more with Alberto again in the future if he is still there.”

“Finding an honest jeweler is rare these days, which is why my experience with Eddie was so refreshing. I initially visited to obtain an appraisal report for my insurance coverage. Before proceeding, Eddie took the time to honestly explain the true retail value of my diamond. Rather than encouraging me to pay for an appraisal I might not need, he was transparent and upfront about the situation.
Because of his integrity and professionalism, I decided to move forward with the appraisal anyway. Not only was the service exceptional, but their appraisal fee was approximately 70–75% lower than what I was quoted in New York City and the surrounding counties. In fact, Eddie even charged me less than the standard appraisal fee.
The drive was absolutely worth it. It's rare to find a business that genuinely prioritizes honesty, customer satisfaction, and the best interests of its clients over making a quick sale.
