“As someone who just likes to get everything done at once, I did most of my returns from the holidays on 01/09. Not only was Lionel so kind but he was willing to go over the top to help me even when he was solo and had many people in the store. He gave everyone the same smile, the same kindness and same undivided attention no matter how much or little help they needed!”

1745 Merrick Avenue, Merrick NY 11566
“Excellent experience! Brian was honest about pricing and timing of pick up/drop off. He was communicative during the process and the carrier was prompt, courteous and personable. This is in stark contrast to our prior experience with another car transport broker who promised a lower price and couldn’t deliver when it came time to pick up our vehicle. That left us scrambling to resolve the situation. There are a lot of vehicle brokers out there so beware! Read BBB reviews and more importantly complaints before committing. Number 1 Auto Transport was the only broker that lived up to their promises and commitments. So appreciative for this non-stressful experience. Highly recommend!”

“Five stars for Sobel, and a special thank-you to Anees Mansuri! We’ve worked with Sobel for years, and his dedication deserves recognition. When our recent shipment proved difficult to locate and get delivered, Anees was relentless. He spent his Good Friday afternoon and part of Easter weekend coordinating with Delta and the trucking company to secure a Sunday delivery. That level of personal commitment is exceptional. He kept working until the shipment was in our hands, and we were so grateful—especially during a challenging and unpredictable time for shipping. Anees is a tremendous asset to Sobel. Highly recommend!”

It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”
