“What an amazing gem of a hotel. The grounds truly look magical, and each room has been designed thoughtfully. The restaurant is absolutely incredible, hands down one of the best meals I've had recently, great, attentive service, really good cocktails, and an amazing attention to detail in each dish. Pavlova was to die for.

Visited not knowing much about the place on my way to visiting day at camp. I was solo for one night and honestly, it was a stay I didn't even know I needed. Having an amazing dinner without it feeling weird being by myself, a freaking huge bed to watch Netflix murder mysteries until 2am, and an incredible breakfast before picking up my kid. Would love to come back with company but honestly, this was pretty awesome and will have a special place in my memory as a really beautiful solo evening this summer.

You can tell the couple who runs it truly puts their heart and soul into the place and it truly does seem ideal for weddings of any size. Thank you!”

“Found this hidden gem while scrolling on TikTok and I’m so glad that I did. Brought my fiancé and our 2 fur babies here to celebrate their birthdays. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great and hot. Loved the heated pool and sauna!!! Bartender was a sweet heart and made delicious drinks. Dinner was delicious!!! Fur babies loved being able to run around. Place was very quiet and private. Will 100% be back.”

“The King room at The Yarra comes with mountain views and the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever had staying at a bed & breakfast. The NYE menu and wines available were delicious. Our continental breakfast included everything we could want (egg bites, bagels, coffee, yogurt, granola, fresh blueberries etc.) and a quiet, serene start to our New Year morning.”

“I surprised my partner with a one night stay at Kenoza Hall for his birthday and it became one of the best trips we have ever been on. Kenoza Hall is amazing in every way, the room was beautiful, the service and staff were amazing, so many amazing amenities including the spa, complimentary yoga classes, hot cocoa station and cookies and so much more. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, one of the best we’ve ever been! The food was so delicious we would come back just for the restaurant!”

““Mountain Minimalism” that is super charming and was the perfect gateway a little over two hours from NYC! Spacious, designed rooms with balconies that overlook the golf course and sunsets at The Inn. Great walking/hiking trails to Lake Florence and stop by the boathouse. The guest lounge in the barn plus two different fire pits are good hang out spots any time of day. If there’s a fly fisherman enthusiast with you, then this is a perfect place for everyone to find their spot in nature. Great in winter even with the restaurant’s limited hours since Roscoe is a short drive away… and then I’m sure this place will shine even brighter in the summertime. Note - they are new having just opened in April 2023, so bring your water bottles, snacks, toiletries and hair dryer if staying in a room at The Inn. My fingers are crossed for a spa/pool in the future ??A big thank you to my travel agent, Bethany Rinehart @rineharttravels IG, for finding this gem!!”

“All the necessities done well, clean, comfortable bed, clean towels, hot shower, we arrived very late in the owner greeted us at about 2 AM. I was very surprised and pleased! The setting is very peaceful and serene.”

“I stayed at Callicoon Hills for a corporate retreat and had a great experience overall. I stayed in one of the Pool House King rooms, which was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really made the stay special. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for both relaxation and team activities. The only small downside was the food, which I found to be just okay — not bad, but fairly mediocre compared to the rest of the experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely come back (maybe I’ll just venture out for meals next time!).”

“The Red Rose Inn is where all travelers go for a comfortable stay. In 2018, on my way home from the city after market, I once visited there and met Brandon who offered me a root beer, which I really loved after drinking it out of a glass bottle. It was cozy when I walked in the lobby and it has a great fireplace.”

“What a gem ! It's like staying at your grandmother's house. Comfortable, quiet, quaint. It's not shinny and new, but it is absolutely wonderful. We walked to the Roscoe Diner and took a short drive to the Roscoe Brewery. We will certainly be back, soon, I hope.”
