“AmeriGas delivered 407 gallons of propane 8-28-25
I have attempted to setup an online account, repeatedly. The system claims the account number left from delivery personnel is invalid. The system also labeled my contact information as invalid.
The customer support chat agent (via website) says I already have an online account setup. All I have to do is enter the email and password (I never successfully setup online account) my info is always rejected.
I attempted to reset my password online through email. The system demands I answer blank security questions (I never setup online account). I never established security questions.
Now I am unable to access online customer service chat option without first signing in.
And finally customer service hangs up when I call! Hahaha
I will not force anyone to accept payment, I am officially done.

An AmeriGas representative called and left a voicemail yesterday (a reply to a survey). They sounded very pleasant and offered to assist me, however no return number was given, and the contact email she promised was never received.

I finally received a bill!
With practically everything being paperless these days, printed notification of intention to mail a paper bill would have been helpful on the delivery ticket.

“Absolutely recommend them! We never had propane before for heat so forgot about it and ran out. The next day a massive snow storm and negative temperatures coming. We called right at 7:30am by noon we were filled! The delivery driver risked getting stuck and terrible weather to make sure we would be warm. We are extremely thankful and driver 19 on truck 26 needs recognition.”
