“I just wanted to give credit where it is due to Joey. Every time I have been to this location, he has been the one to help me. He is kind, knowledgeable and quick with my transactions. However, today was different… He was interested in something I was returning and from there just stemmed a genuinely kindhearted conversation with laughter. It definitely brighteneded my morning.

“Response to BrandiShe gets her mail 6 days a week, like everyone else. Her “issue” was with a non delivered parcel. Brandi just had surgery, so didn’t come outside. Carrier blew the horn, as dog was in yard. Do you see the sign in the window, would you get out?”
“In my opinion the Spencerport Post Office is top notch. When I go to the office I am always treated with courtesy. My rural carrier goes out of her way to do a great job. When I had a broken ankle she even offered to bring my mail to the door. That's SERVICE!!!

ED is his name and he is a hard worker, the only negative thing I have to say about him is he smells like a walking sbarro pizza. He is pleasant to deal with and always on time. He needs a big raise. “When I first looked up the post office close to me on Google, I got a little nervous that the one on Lake avenue was going to be as rough as your reviews. But whatever. Dealt with worse, so I went anyways. Ready to deal with Jason and his terrible customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised by meeting Patrice who is very helpful and enthusiastic.”

“Not sure why reviews are so low on this post office. I've been to this post office several times and it is very small making it very convenient to get in and out quickly. Staff is always friendly. They get The job done with good customer service and efficiency. That's what counts.”
