He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing.
