“John at Mc Birneys Auto Service is exceptional. Family owned and operated staple in the community providing quality service. I had a tire blow out on me. I bought this Jeep from Security Dodge, no wheel lock key to remove the tire. They couldn’t remove the tire, towed the car to Firestone. They couldn’t remove the tire either. Finally after not having a car for 3 days, I called Mc Birneys their master mechanic removed the tire and replaced it. Thank you John and crew for your outstanding service to the Massapequa community.”

“With mechanics it feels like for every 20 dishonest ones you meet 1 honest one. I brought my car to Mike a few months ago for a repair that he took care of quickly without any excess problems popping up. Went again today for something, and initially they thought it was a repair running a few hundred dollars. At the last minute one of Mike's mechanics (ernesto? emmanuel?) noticed the part in question had an auto-function and the repair wasn't necessary. Mikes a good guy and for over half a decade I used to drive far out of my way for my former mechanic so it's helpful to have someone local that I can trust with my car.”

“Excellent gas station if you're a member you get 15 cents off a gallon so I always gas up with a full tank excellent place to shop similar to Costco but better no lines where Costco has lines all the way down the aisles there's only a few things that BJ's doesn't carry the Costco house and vice versa I highly recommend going to BJ's especially get a membership with a credit card Capital One and you get 15 cents a gallon off your gas when you're in the gas lines sometimes there's a line they go pretty quickly the best part is that they have extra long hoses so that no matter what side of your gas outlet is on on your car the hose will reach either side of the car which makes it very convenient to get online on either side because the hose can reach both sides”
“First time customer. I brought in my old car and asked Andy to look at it to assess if it was worth fixing or retiring. When he deemed it wasn't worth fixing, he was extremely friendly, honest, and wouldn't take my money after he spent time and labor on the car. He told me to save the money and spend it on a new car. While they were checking my car I saw they were detailing, so I got a quote and let me tell you when I saw my car it looked like that im picking it up from the dealership when I first got it. “This is one of the best Auto Shops I've ever been to. I had an issue with my car (2015 VW Passat SE 1.8t); it wouldn't start. I called Geico because I thought it was a battery. When the Geico technician arrived, he told me it wasn't a battery but an alternator. The car still wouldn't start, so I had to find a car repair shop that could fix it the same day, since I depend on it (I work in the city). This shop was the only one that would take me with the condition that I needed it fixed the same day. The mechanics here did everything they could; they spent 4 hours looking for the problem, considering all the options of what could have gone wrong, and, at the end of the day, they fixed my car. It wasn't an alternator; it was oil residue near the starter that damaged it, so they had to replace the starter and fix the oil leak. The cherry on top after all of this is that they made sure to put it under my warranty, so that I didn't even have to pay anything; it was all covered. 5 Stars for sure!”

“Dropped my car off at like 8:30am on a Saturday, John took my car right away and had it done really fast. He is very professional and nice to chat with. I had called earlier in the week to get on the list for the day. As a plus, I live around the corner and can walk home while they work on my car. This was the best oil change and tire rotation experience I ever had. A pleasure to do business with.
