“This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We live in Virginia and found a listing online that we liked, and Richie was so willing to work with us. He was always available to answer any questions and even marked the car as sold even though we couldn’t make it out to pick it up for another two weeks. The free shipping is an amazing perk for out of state buyers, but we decided to pick it up in person because our credit union recommended that to minimize risk. Now that we’ve bought one car here, we might be buying future cars here too! You can’t beat the prices and I have never found a car salesman who is so concerned about the good of his customers. “Disclaimer: George did not work on my 2014 Jetta. He DID however correctly diagnose a faulty AC compressor making a very subtle but noticeable grinding sound that two other pretty well reviewed mechanics who i knew for years didn't catch. I was so frustrated I swore to sell the Jetta if George couldn't find the problem. George identified the sound pretty much immediately and told me I could wait if I wanted, which was a relief because my budget is tight rn. He was super smart, pleasant, helpful and honest and I will be bringing my Jetta back for the compressor and anything else. I've already recommended this shop to everyone I know in the area.”

If you are concerned or upset about something, let him know. There's an obvious pride in his company, and he wants the customers to know they are important. Whatever the issue, no matter who is wrong or right, he will do everything he can to have you leave with a smile and the knowledge that you'll be back there for your NYS car or motorcycle inspection.Check Point also does complete car repairs for both foreign and domestic makes/models. Bring your car in for brake & tire replacements, 4-wheel alignments, and all the other "keep it in prime and safe running condition" items.The waiting room is clean and cozy, with a large coffee making area and a water bottle machine. It's decorated with wall art, a tv, books, magazines, motorcycle models, and other little things to spend your time on while waiting. Even the bathroom is unexpectedly large, pretty, and spotless with thought put into decoration!This is one of my longest reviews because they deserve it. Give it a chance--go there, and experience it yourself! ?”

“Very honest mechanics. Been going to them for about two years. Every problem I have with my car, I go straight to them, nobody else. I have a 2006 RAV4 that burns oil, and I used to put synthetic oil. They recommended that I just switch to conventional. I don’t know any other mechanic who would tell you to do something cheaper because a lot of mechanics want you to spend more. On their receipts, it says “your car gets what it needs!!” I might be paraphrasing. But that’s just what they do, give your car what it needs. I remember overhearing Frank say [a customer] brought in a car for [something] but it doesn’t need it. If that’s not honest, I don’t know what to tell you.”
