“Stopped into 5 below today just to get a bob the minion duck and ended up with more then I had planned. I seen they do ear piercing there as well so I figured why not check it out. Brandon H. Was amazing. He answered all my questions. Made sure I knew exactly how to care for my ears after and made sure I had everything I needed to. And did everything with a smile even though he was busy doing his other duties in the store. He never made me feel rushed or pressured at all. Thank you Brandon you did a great job today. Who knew I'd walk in for a duck and come out with peirced ears at 5 below :) oh and I should add I have been looking around to get them done for a little while but couldn't believe how expensive it had gotten. But not at 5 below it was a 1/3 the cost there then other placed I had checked with”

“I was in 5 Below to find graduation gifts for 13 preschoolers. And of course I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Bracelets, squishy ball fidgets, bubbles, sunglasses, etc they had it all and at prices I could afford when buying for 13 (and I work at a nonprofit preschool so I'm not rolling in the dough)?. So we were able to fill 13 gift baskets with loads of loot. And the kiddos LOVED THEM ❤️. And finally, the service was awesome. The girl up front invited me to bypass self checkout & rang me up, saving me precious time. She was friendly, happy & focused on me ( unlike so many cashiers these days). 5 Below has my business locked. They rock?”
“Great place to go for toys at Christmas time. Amazing close out deals on foods and spices, along with great Keurig k cup prices. There are so many items to choose from, and they differ each time you go. So if you see it and you want it, get it. Or when you go back for it, you'll be kicking yourself saying you should have bought it when you saw it. Constantly new items!!!! Good prices”
“I definitely like this store and it's location. Although it doesn't seem as though they have a lot of furniture in stock, please note that B.L. rents the old music store just to store furniture in. And believe you me, they have A LOT of furniture in stock. So ask the furniture retailer on duty or their great manager Sarah Anne to check online for you. She is very customer oriented and ensures that all of her employees are ,too. Celia is a knowledgeable young lady there, who can do virtually anything in any department. She is nice, kind and very helpful. So are the staff members there. Go there and enjoy a nice shopping experience.”
“Ollie's is great. Check back often as their inventory is always changing. It's my regular place for candy and other snacks, plus I'm always finding bargains on cookware, linens, and gardening stuff. I'm a fan.”
“Being downtown it is a more busy and hard to keep area but the staff stay on the challenge with their friendly attitudes and customer service. Always product available and it carries fruits and veggies as a bonus. Only bad thing is there is a wait for the line sometimes and there is some theft that ive witnessed”
“The store by route 57 and John Glenn's is friendly and stock. The one by seneca Knolls seems to have short of staff and supply issues and not friendly manager. The Lakeland one is always closed.”

“Very disappointed in my shopping experience this morning. In all my years of shopping in the store have I ever had such a ride customer service experience from the Manager on Duty Kate. She didn't like that I brought my own bag. She swear under her breath. While packing the bag she placed my card next to the frozen food. And I was only her 3 customer of the day. It will be a while before I will shop at this location.”
“I came in for a drink as I was driving by and there was a cat in the store! The employees told me they have tried taking him out many times but he just keeps opening the doors and coming back in. He's super loveable and I ended up staying longer and buying more items... unfortunately for my bank account haha. While in line, some old lady was giving the employee and hard time and said she was calling corporate to report the cat.Please don't let them take the cat from this store! I'm definitely shopping at this dollar store from now on because of this kitty. He's so adorable and made my day! There was also another older lady in line that pet the cat and took pictures of him. She was so happy too!”
“Another great place to buy discounted food at fair prices so u can stock up your fridge /freezer and cupboards for the month . This store has a fairly good arrangement of products and fresh produce. Lots of parking. Located also in the family dollar parking lot.”

“I love shopping at the Dollar general in Solvay I pass by so many Dollar General's just to go to that one it's always so clean everything is always in place and they are always so nice and friendly they know everybody's name that comes into that store that entire staff is great Thank you to that manager she's really changed it around.”

“Usually a pleasant experience except that sometimes they are out of stock of the common things needed and the line may be long. They also may run out of bags as well so be prepared for that possibility with your reusable bags.”

“The staff were super nice and helpful. I was looking for a Mother’s Day card after Mother’s Day and one of the staff asked me if I needed help and was able to find a card for me. The cashier was also very nice. They had a good selection and balloons were great too.”
“I'm pretty new to the store. I understand it's the holiday season but all the unpacked stock in shopping lanes was not good. The lanes in the store are very narrow. I suggest (if) you have another place to put the stock before it's put on the store shelf store it there and do one lane at a time or one dolly at a time. The customers will have an easier time getting around the store.All the employees stayed very busy shelving product up front and the cashiers were very patient as people came up front to check out. I was very happy with the customer service. I'll return after the holidays to update. There is good parking.”

“Family Dollar is always a splendid experience. They consistently have stuff I need the other, more popular stores are out of. And it always costs less. And I can park without having to walk or get a shuttle a to the front door. They employees are almost always friendly & helpful. Tonight was last minute laundry supplies. I found everything including the absolutely best hangars I've ever used (I take my laundry a bit too seriously?). And I saved an extra $2 with their app! They're turning into my go-to store instead of the 3rd one down the line. Y'all can have that "W" place with it's useless "savings" card, packed, too big parking lot and store brand driven shopping. I'm goin' to Family Dollar. You should too ?!!!”
