“I recently purchased online life storage space this past Friday.The facility was closing in 15 minutes, manager/employees honored every request that I needed and very patient and professional.When I reached the location, I was greeted by the East Syracuse Manager and her assistant with warm smiles and excellent customer service.She even walked me to the gate to have access and learn how to exit walking or with a vehicle. She explained how to enter the property with a vehicle and exit. I had an excellent experience with East Syracuse.I am very satisfied with the service I received from the manager and the employee.”
