It’s like watching a well oiled service operation before one’s eyes, a well managed and beautifully run business. It’s obvious a lot of effort goes into serving customers so seamlessly and with such care to efficiency in customer service and quality of the services and products offered. I was checked in in no time and Tammy on my second visit and rental and Dominique on my first visit and rental—both within a week’s time—were welcoming and professional, and made me feel like I was special, like family or a special customer. I was having a issue with door on my unit and it was going to be replaced but because it's been almost 6 months since I dropped off my key, he quickly resolved the issue by letting me move to a different unit. He is a very nice gentleman and quick to help in anyway he can.”
