“Evan the GM at this location displays superior customer service. Lot of people should learn from him. We live in a time now where lots of businesses don’t care one way or another if they are rude or not. He cares regardless. I base my business by how I am treated wherever I go. If I don’t receive at least decent service I do not go back especially if you’re rude and have bad attitude. My interaction with him makes me want to keep going back to this location.”

“We recently rented a Ford Transit cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental in Syracuse, and while our trip took an unexpected turn when the van needed to be towed on our way home, the way John handled the situation completely changed the experience.
From the moment he learned what had happened, John remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. We had already spoken with other Enterprise locations and were repeatedly told that no vehicles were available. Instead of giving us another dead end, John immediately got on the phone, connected with the right people, and started working on a solution to get our family home safely.
This all happened around 3:00 AM, so we had to wait until everything opened, but as soon as John was aware of the situation, he took ownership and stayed on top of it. During an extremely stressful situation, his communication, compassion, and determination made all the difference.
I’ve had some less-than-great experiences with Enterprise in the past, but employees like John remind me why I continue to give the company another chance. When things don’t go as planned, having someone who genuinely cares and is willing to go the extra mile means everything.
Thank you, John, for taking such great care of our family. Your outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed.
However I must add that I had more charges to my credit card that hit after I left this review and I still stand by John and his great assistance during this time but not have to open a case with credit card company because it almost looks like double charges which I refuse to pay considering everything that took place. So that’s the only thing I would suggest clients to be cautious of.”

“Excellent service and communication. I have a vehicle parking space and an environmentally controlled storage unit, and both are well taken care of. Well plowed in the winter, and the environment unit has always stayed well controlled. They also have uncontrolled units, but I am not in any of those. Owner is clear and helpful, never have any issues with them. And whenever I need a recommendation on local services, they've been able to point me at a great provider right away. As a business owner myself, I am glad I can trust the America Stores It team and whomever they refer me to.”

“If you ever needed or wanted to rent a truck, this is the place to go. I have been dealing with John who is the general manager with renting a sleeper semi truck to use with Landstar and he has been wonderful. Anything I needed in terms of documents and trying to satisfy the stipulations from Lanstar, John has done it. I rarely find customer service as good as what Idealease has provided under John's management.Thank you”

“I have rented on and off from this location for years but today was customer service that was over the top. I am leaving tomorrow for a cross country move and had a trailer reserved. There appeared to be a problem with the reservation (I booked the wrong trailer) - they made sure I got the right trailer, then my wiring wasn't connecting properly - and they helped get the fuse replaced. Moving is hard, and I am stressed - but they were ALL very kind, very helpful and even - with a smile - told me to take a breath and drive safely. Such a huge kindness at a moment when I am just feeling pulled in all directions - I am very grateful.”

“Mark the manager at the Cicero, NY location was absolutely amazing. I was having a issue with door on my unit and it was going to be replaced but because it's been almost 6 months since I dropped off my key, he quickly resolved the issue by letting me move to a different unit. He is a very nice gentleman and quick to help in anyway he can.”
