“We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision.
Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G.
Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store!
Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag.
Overall five star experience whenever we go there!”
“Elle Ferenc was awesome!!! Besides being beautiful and friendly she was extremely knowledgeable. She worked with us 2 days in a row to help us find the perfect table for our home. Elle followed up with emails after we left that supplied us with complete pictures and measurements to further assist with our decision making…. I definitely recommend lake effect furniture….we will go back….stop in and see Elle she was awesome!!!!”

“My sister and I came in looking for a couch but we were unsure if we would find anything, as we didn’t like any of our options elsewhere. However, we decided to come to Ashley after being recommended by her coworkers. We were instantly greeted and provided with some helpful information. The salesman, Willie, who helped us was fantastic. He was very kind and knowledgeable, but also gave us our space which we appreciate. We ended up finding something we loved and the process was super easy. Our experience overall was very pleasant and we can’t wait to have the couch in our home!”
“So happy with my Sleep Number purchase!!! Initially purchased a king Purple mattress at a local store, sales person showed us the most expensive mattress in the store but would have been $15k for a split king so settled for just a regular king. Wasn’t really happy with that purchase since it was so expensive and still wasn’t getting what I wanted-split king, so we went back to Sleep Number to look at all the options available and realized not only were they more affordable, there were different options to choose from and the service is top notch! We canceled our other order for the Purple and purchased a Sleep Number bundle instead, can’t wait for delivery!! Jaime was so helpful and answered all our questions and showed us different options with each mattress , as well as different pillow and sheet options so we knew exactly what we were paying for! All of their products appear to be such high quality so even if you’re not buying the most expensive mattress with all the bells and whistles, you know you are still getting a great product that will last a long time! My only fear is I will be so comfortable that I won’t want to get out of bed LOL!!”
