“I have been coming to this bank before it was M&T and the bank before that it is an excellent bank the staff are so friendly and nice the wait times are very short under 5 minutes the only issue I have is that the banks hours are very short and the customer service line is only open 9 to 5 when the previous bank was open 24/7 doesn't help when you have to dispute a charge at 7pm”
