“I have been a customer of the Citibank on Larkfield Road, East Northport, NY for many years as has my daugther. Wanted to take a moment to leave a comment here to express my sincere appreciation for the customer service that I experience every single time I walk into that branch. I’m always greeted with a smile. When ever I have an issue that I don’t understand, they are always patient to explain and I walk away so much more knowledgeable. I find them to be very professional and at the same time extremely personable. I always get the feeling like I am the most important customer and that means a lot to me. Maryanne, the bank manager there is so knowledgeable about anything financial. I trust her to guide me properly. She works with me-side by side. We live in a world where old fashioned customer service leave much to be desired so, during my day running here and there, it is always a refreshing experience to walk into the branch and be treated with such good care from the tellers to Roya and Maryanne. They are like extended family that I see now and again. Always a pleasant experience. I have banked with other banks and this branch is better and I have to say it is because of the genuine customer service. Most banker are knowledgeable but not all bankers present themselves the way that this synergistic group at this branch do. I am very appreciative of the care and service this branch gives. Not a common thing everywhere. Just wanted to let whoever know of my experience at this Citibank branch.”

“I've been using this bank for years. The location is convenient, the hours are unbeatable - open late during the week, even open on Saturday and Sunday! Tellers are always friendly and nice, and the app makes it easy to deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills. I love TD! Definitely the best bank I've ever used. And the icing on the cake? Losing a debit card means you just have to go inside and request a new one - they print it out and give it to you right there! No waiting. This location doesn't have a drive up ATM but otherwise, it's a great location.”

“Always fast and efficient service, there Automotive loans rates can not be beat it's easy and the service is wonderful. You can use any area credit union for your banking- or use there ATMs for no charge. Plus they have a discount club for movie tickets shows, pet insurance discount, Mortage rates, along with equity lines of credit are always very low. It's easy to go on line and view the rates, of promotions.”

“We are customers if this branch, it is a very busy location so yes I have had to patiently wait 15-25 mins for a bank employee to become available yet there are comfortable seating coffee TVs to keep you occupied. Staff is friendly a bit slow but I do thinks it's from the amount of people they see per day and there commissions I believed are based on opening new accounts etc so they try to slow the process down which I'm not a fan of but over all they are very friendly personable and they do get the job done. We have multiple banks and this is the best location to us.”
