“For any body services, you would expect what you paid for.
However, the owner Paul went above and beyond with small paint chip on my 2021 Honda Civic hood. Not only he freshly re-painted the entire hood, he took care of any chips and damages around entire body of the car. In addition to the paint work, he cleaned under the hood around the engine bay including the body detail after.
I would highly recommend for any body work. Paul and his team will not disappoint you, I guarantee it!”
“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. Car salesmen have bad reps with selling used cars, but George is DEF not one of those shady ones. Feel comfortable, and at ease when getting a car from him. “I took my 96 Chevy truck into Liquid Armor for a military grade undercoating. I also decided to get a bed liner done as well and dent removal. “I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. When I dropped off my car, they immediately offered to drive me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to spend all morning waiting on a shuttle—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the process.
Throughout the repair, they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. The quality of their work is outstanding; you truly can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. On top of that, they even washed it before pickup, which was such a nice surprise.

My family have been customers of Star Car for years, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this review.
After a recent accident, my dad’s car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon “inspection” that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion.
Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad’s car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber’s on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe.
All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I’ve always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it’s clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly.

Last year my new Elantra had sustained significant damage from another vehicle during an unfortunate road rage incident. Russo Brothers went above and beyond to make my new car new once again! They even timed the repairs to make sure that my rental car wouldn’t unnecessarily cost me any money out of pocket. Just the other day my door lock actuator froze up in another vehicle and the door was stuck shut. Although they normally do not do repairs of this kind they did me the favor of replacing the defective hardware inside the door at a crazy reasonable price.
