He was extremely professional and patient, as my phone was acting up a bit, and I couldn't bring up all of the return labels quickly. With a few people on line behind me, Mike didn't miss a beat, and waited on one person at a time, getting back to me, as each label came through. He is truly excellent at his job! Kudos!”
