“Fantastic. Rob helped me on a walk-in on July 4th for an emergency setup at a new apartment. He was patient, cooperative and incredibly helpful. Out of multiple stores that I have been to (Jericho, Huntington, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Massapequa) Rob at the Hauppauge store was the only one able to properly assist me. I have spent the entire day running around speaking to employees who did not understand my requests and were not able to help. Rob has been amazing. A huge breath of fresh air.

I sent him a message, he replied with the reasonable final cost and estimated day the cable would arrive. I let him do the job and glad I did. He kept me informed when the cable would arrive and called me that night, job finished ready to pick up. An honest businessman who does good work quickly when it’s possible.
