Yesterday, I upgraded my daughter's phone and had to pick it up at the Apple store, only to find out that the associate in a different store put the iPhone on my phone number instead of my daughter's.
Needless to say, we had to go to T-mobile to have the numbers switched to the correct phones. We happened upon this location and were lucky to get Jose to help us! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient, personable and extremely kind!
This store is out of the way for me, but in the future, I will definitely go back there for any issues I may have.

“I got a new phone!!!!!!!! I have been meaning to get a new phone for a long time, I just upgraded from the 12 to the 17 Pro so that was a BIG change for me. My phone actually has a battery life!
But okay with the store I just walked in, no appointment I just wanted to buy one but I knew exactly what I needed. It was annoying that I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come swipe my credit card (when there were like 20 people just standing around in the store). I don’t know how the store is organized, so I'm not blaming the employees I just think their system needs a little maintenance.
When the guy came over I told him I knew exactly what phone, model, color just exactly what I researched and wanted. He then started trying to up charge me all this random stuff, which is totally cool cause it's probably in their script.
He brought me to the setup desk which was great. The guy was super smiley and patient as I asked a bunch of questions because I now felt like a grandma with my superphone.”
“I went in what i thought was a broken iPhone screen. Instead of saying “leave it, we will fix it”. He removed the screen saver and found out the screen was in perfect condition. I had him put a new screen saver on and walked out after paying a $25 bill. Very honest guy!!”
