“This was my first time going to build a bear and creating one. Ethan upon entering greeted us and walked us through the whole process and created an experience that’ll I will forever treasure and replay every time I see my build a bear. Five starts isn’t enough for this place the rest of the staff were awesome as we walked throughout the store. I would come back again to go through the whole experience with Ethan.”

“The main reason for this 5 star review is for Wilson who helped me put together a beautiful wedding arrangement of $200. His attention to detail, commitment and communication skills are incredible.Unfortunately, door dash delivery was a complete disaster. The 2 most expensive ballons were already deflated along with 4 other balloons. They wrapped the bags around our lamp post and broke of the tge lamps. He strongly suggest to pick up your Ballon arrangements.”
“My brother in law gave my grandchildren gift certificates to this store last Christmas. We waited until Easter to spend the money. One of my granddaughters left her gift card home however the ladies were so accommodating and looked her up in the computer. They helped the children and were so kind and caring. It’s a wonderful store lovely toys and amazing staff thank you”

“Wonderful customer service, used to own a Pretty Petz "Chloe" cat when I was a child. Reached out to the company to help me track down my favorite childhood toy, and they not only responded within the day, but went above and beyond to provide me with an image from their old cataloge way back in 2003. Shoutout to agent Joanne for her very kind well wishes on my search and gratitude for enjoying their product, she's an amazing employee! “Great toy store, helpful friendly staff!! Yes it's a bit cluttered but theres tons to choose from in such a small space, and I thought it was cozy and cute. My only suggestion is to put prices on the items. But even with that, the staff was available and helpful with telling the prices. Great free wrapping too. A little Expensive but worth it! I found things you don't see in big box stores.”
