“I actually love this Build a bear so much, probably one of the best locations. I haven't been to any Build a bear in YEARS and the staff were so extremely nice to me. Some scents and textures bother me, and they were very patient with helping me get my plushie exactly how I wanted. I should've paid better attention to the names of the staff, I think the one who did the stuffing was Natalie (I'm so sorry if I spelled that wrong) I'll definitely be coming back! I didn't feel like I was unwelcomed or judged. You can tell the staff enjoys what they're doing and puts effort into providing good customer service.”

“My brother in law gave my grandchildren gift certificates to this store last Christmas. We waited until Easter to spend the money. One of my granddaughters left her gift card home however the ladies were so accommodating and looked her up in the computer. They helped the children and were so kind and caring. “Wonderful customer service, used to own a Pretty Petz "Chloe" cat when I was a child. Reached out to the company to help me track down my favorite childhood toy, and they not only responded within the day, but went above and beyond to provide me with an image from their old cataloge way back in 2003.
