A doctor that speaks clear or better English would be a great start. Trying to discuss plan and treatment options, thought and get opinions from the a doctor and told “up to you” “you choose” “not my decision” not the way to do Patient care.

I TRUST THEM IN THE ER WITH MY LIFE...THUMBS UP AND FIVE STARS FOR THE SUPERLATIVE TREATMENT I ALWAYS RECEIVE...we don't always know what is life or death emergency so my doctor says "when I'm doubt, check it out"... I am very relieved to live in a community that has a great trauma center in their hospital

My experience was very positive. I felt that they treated me as an individual and reassured me that I was in good hands in regards to my upcoming surgery. The new hospital staff and set up for accessibility was impressive and easy to navigate.

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, New York, serves the greater Chenango County area. Our facility provides pediatric, women’s health, orthopedics and laboratory services. The general surgery department can perform both outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures, and we also have a full care obstetrics and maternity unit.
