“When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could.1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn’t even recognize it (thanks Chin).3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled!Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.”

They cleaned and polished the car as if it’s theirs own. It took about 30 minutes and five to six people working together. We are not local. If we were, we would definitely come back again. The price was more than reasonable.”

Lets start with the owner John...I have always found it to be that the most successful businesses are generally run by those who are passionate about their work. Well, John is quite the enthusiast. And his work speaks loudly. He is honest to a fault, and always does the right thing. He works till the job is done. And when I say done, I do not mean done as in clean. I mean done as in done RIGHT to HIS standard... and that bar is high! He cares equally about the outcome of his work as he does making a living. There is no better place than Malibu. Easy to get into the car wash with the check in process being easy, out of car then inside to watch the car go through the wash. Had lots of options for vehicle enhancements and got to get some new fragrances for the car. The price paid fit the service.I was the only on there on a Saturday evening, so can't say how it'd be if they were busy. The only item for improvement is the windshield could have been a bit clearer as once nighttime fell you could see streaks from the oncoming headlights. If I'm in the area again, I'd stop in for a wash.”
