I called up on a Monday morning. Usually everyone was swamped. These guys took me right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. These guys are awesome!”

Renew helped me arrange a rental, fixed my car a week earlier than the estimate, and left me a happy customer. I didn't always get calls back when I wanted to check in on the progress, but I'll trade that for them getting the car done early. Overall: highly recommend!”

“My wife took a chunk out of the sidewall of her tire when she cut too close to a curb. She called the tire shop and checked with George about availability. He said it was in stock and would be $175 installed plus tax. I met her there and another gentleman said he wanted to see the tire. He walked outside with us and said, "Good news. The chunk you took out is from the curb protector, no cords are showing, so nothing needs to be done". Wow! I was speechless. He certainly did not have to tell us that. We were ready to replace the tire. His honesty was so appreciated. We will continue to go to Eastern Tire for all our tire needs. Thank you!”

Owner gave me a reduction on my oil change, informed me that I still had more time on my brakes, noticed that one set of brakes recently had new rotors installed and that the other brakes had the original rotors on them. He installed a new air filter and sent me on my way. He seemed personable and trustworthy. Good prices”
