“While having to fix your car as a result of an accident is always a disagreeable experience, I have to say that at least Clarkstown International Collision made this unpleasant experience much more tolerable. I have only been in a few accidents in all my years of driving, so my knowledge of auto body places is limited. Clarkstown International Collision was recommended by my insurance company, and although I was wary of going with a complete unknown, I’m glad I took their advice. I found Clarkstown to be extremely pleasant, accommodating, and honest. They also did an amazing job fixing my car. They even gave it a good cleaning on both the outside and inside, when all that was damaged was the bumper! There is one person I would like to single out – Joseph, the person in charge of fixing my car. When I brought the car in, I was still very shaken by the accident. Joseph patiently walked me through each step of the process and never showed any sign of annoyance, even when I had to repeat some of my questions several times over. If I ever have another accident – which I hope I don’t – I will not hesitate to bring my car to Clarkstown International Collision.”

“I noticed air was leaking in my tire pretty fast. It was a Sunday and luckily I was close to this Mavis. I had a huge hole that could not be plugged. When I walked in it was pretty busy and after explaining i live 45minutes away the manager Dex assured me he would take care of me before he left - even though they were about to close. They had 4 different style tires i could pick from in stock, which is not usually the case. I appreciate the great customer service and him going above and beyond to get us taken care of and safely on our way.I would highly recommend this Mavis for their customer service, multiple options available, as well as quality of work.”

“I’ve been using the services of Ernie and his crew for close to 20 years. I now live in North Rockland…. And STILL take my cars to this shop in Spring Valley. I have 100% trust in them and here’s why: I’ve gone to Mavis for tires or an alignment for various reasons. On several occasions Midas recommended all brakes be replaced immediately. I took it to Ernie who advised that I still had approximately 12,000 miles left on the brakes. Mavis also told me I needed tires at one point which Ernie was also able to refute. I had 7 more months on those tires. Trust is the key word here. I trust complete auto.”
