I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

“I have 4 old apartment buildings in Westchester County NY. After converting all to gas I needed to remove the oil tanks, but it took me 7 years to get it done. Barrier got rid of a tank in a basement in one location and in the last 2 days they removed 3 underground tanks that had been in the ground for 80 to 100 years. This was in one location on three adjacent houses. Two 550 gallon tanks were removed and one 1000 gallon tank was left in the ground and emptied. At that point they opened the bottom of the tank and soil samples were removed and tested. The inspector observed that there was no soil contamination. These are professional people who have been doing this for a long time. They handled the town inspection process, got the soil samples tested and took away the 2 tanks, filled in the holes and swept up the area. I recommend Barrier without reservation.”

“Due to the chaos of a holiday weekend, they did not have the car we reserved but promptly put us in something else that worked out great. Jessie was helpful, cool, and had a great welcoming vibe throughout the whole process which was less than 10 minutes between arriving and driving off. The attached service station also has a free-to-use air compressor, which is a subtle but really thoughtful touch. Jessie is the man, and we had a great experience at this location. Thanks y’all!”

He was so nice and courteous - and when he saw how distressed I was that my charger wasn’t working in the car, he lent me an adapter. Really kind. Avis is lucky to have someone like him behind their desk and interfacing with customers.”
