My car was in the shop and I needed a rental for a few days. I was able to reserve online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. I was in and out. No issues. Upon returning the rental it was a smooth check out process and I was on my way. Highly recommend.

don't ever call their customer service number. they ask you questions but never listen to your answers. they try to manipulate you to go back to do extensions online whereas their phone system could not understand me and transferred me to the customer service agent.
