“I needed a one-off analysis for a specific blood parameter. I was easily able to make the appointment online. I arrived at the day & time selected and had about a 5 minute wait before I was called into the exam room to have my blood sample taken. The result came in later that same day.”
“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

“I came in on a Sunday for a flu vax. I had made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment, checked in, and was seen shortly thereafter. Super quick and no fuss.”
“My visit was a great experience overall: super short wait time, attentive and kind clinicians, and most of all - the Doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. She quickly diagnosed and treated my presenting problem (I had an animal bite that got infected) and prescribed appropriate antibiotics that cleared up my infected area within a few days. Great staff and facility!”

“Easy check in, we were taken in shortly after check in almost no wait. Technician knew what she was doing, had no bruising after, and she was pleasant to speak with.”
“The phlebotomist was very helpful. I was there for my two sons but I had left the paperwork at home and he gave me the fax number so my doctor could fax it over. Once the fax came though I was taken care of quickly and took the blood samples virtually painless. This is the best Quest we've visited since the Rye Brook location closed.”

“I know not everyone has had a good experience here but I was there today and what I experienced was a very overworked woman just trying to do her job. I started a conversation with her and she was so nice and kind and gentle. I have bad veins and they can only get blood from my hands (which hurts) but she did an amazing job.. I was done in minutes and I was so appreciative. What I regret was not getting her name .. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day and she smiled and in a very friendly tone she said you too! I get that things don’t always run smoothly and we all get frustrated but sometimes we should just give a little more grace to someone who might just need a kind word or a simple smile ? so again thank you to the very kind woman at Lab Corp who made my visit so easy. I appreciate you!”

“The receptionist was very kind from the beginning. I was nervous and anxious since I was coming in for a medical abortion, but they were so kind that it made it a lot easier. I asked all the questions I had written down to the medical scribe and then I also asked many questions to the doctor. And the ultrasound tech was also very kind and asked me if I had any questions. Once I decided I would rather do an in-clinic abortion, they made the process easy for me to have what would make me feel most comfortable. It was very kind. I will update after Friday.”
“I made an appointment online. Check in by text was easy. I was taken at the time my appointment was. The technician was gentle and efficient. I had blood taken, and I have difficult veins. She got it first try with no pain ( not always a usual experience for me)”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”
