“I was fortunate enough to discover Tuxedo by Giovanni what was so far the biggest and most important day of my life. I just had a terrible experience ant Men's warehouse before I discovered their shop. Immediately upon entering and throughout the process Giovanni and his wife Carmela who assisted me felt like family. They helped me with every detail for me and my groomsmen and I received beyond excellent customer service advice and help. They specialize in comfort as well as fashion to make you feel like a million bucks on whatever special occasion you require their services for. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!”
“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”

“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

“PROS: This place has a good amount of pop culture merchandise in it. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me and the product quality is decently good. CONS: My issue with box lunch is that they are always overpriced. I hardly see them running any major discounts (not counting clearance) and I don't know if they price match or not OVERALL: I would check out this place but just be aware of the prices. If you find something that you think you can't get anywhere else and the price is okay then get it. If you think you can get it somewhere else than you might as well wait”

“WARNING!!!! Before I get to that, please know that these are VERY well made ties, ships fast and arepacked well. However, my warning is that the tie band on the inside of the tie (that holds the tie in place) is WAY WAY too low. About 6-7" too low. You will NEVER be able to reach that band unless you are less than 5 feet tall . I don't know why, after making such a good tie, they decided to put that band so far low. I had to take the 12 ties I bought to my tailor and she is going to raise all of them 7" higher. Even when I pay for it, the price of the ties plus the tailoring will still be cheaper than a tie off the rack at any department store. Be WARNED though that this tie band is an issue. Buy ONE tie, and see for yourself. But I give the company and tie in general 5 stars.”
