The items are high quality and high end, and also a bit pricey but affordable. Customers appreciate that they will not find another person wearing the same clothing. The company is known for good customer service and handling the grey areas of retail well. Staff members are described as solid, good people who are helpful, polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They spend generous amounts of time with customers to find the right items, even assisting in ordering products not available in the store. Employees are calm and cool, with a great sense of humor, and are a joy to have provide assistance. The business stands behind its products, with policies that support customers even in tough situations, which makes people proud to shop there.
They have a great selection and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's one of the last places where you can still find high quality products in the age of neoliberalism where products are meant to break and wear down.

What makes LlBean Westchester even better is the most amazing, very professional manager Natalia. I love the clothes but she makes shopping at this location true perfection! Thank you for having her on staff! She is the best, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Give that woman a raise!
