“I just bought a used car and got a flat, when I looked at the tire it had a nail at the edge between the sidewall and tread, also a slash in the middle of the tread. I brought it to Costco, they wouldn't patch it. I found Terry Bros highly recommended in a local facebook group. Called them, described the problem and the owner said bring the tire, we will fix it. Got there around 4:20pm, someone met me at the door, took a look and started patching it right away. 15 minutes later it was done, only hole was from the nail. I will be back and recommend them to everyone. A great business.
Update: 11/11/2025 had another flat tire, this time a big metal tack. Brought the tire over at 8am, out the door by 8:10. Great place, great service.”

Larry and the woman up front ( I'm sorry I didn't get her name) were wonderful, along with the gentleman who took care of my tire. They all were so welcoming and friendly. “Smithwest Service Center took me in without scheduling to repair my leaking tire. Work was completed fairly quick with minimal wait time in their comfortable waiting area. I left satisfied but not sure if my AAA discount was applied to the bill. Regardless the price was fair, perhaps more reasonable than other automotive shops in the area. “I’ve brought them two cars now, one was a hot mess that hadn’t moved in 3 years but was a newer car with less than 6 thousand miles, they took the extra step of washing the car down before giving it back. Second car had a giant crack in the windshield I forgot about and was due for an inspection. Nico’s way facilitated my glass replacement for me and went through my insurance. From previous experience I know how hard the front glass on this car is to get and they had the glass installed by the end of the day and followed with my inspection and oil change the following day. Amazing turn around time and I didn’t even have an appointment. Thank you very much guys”
