“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“One of the fastest unloads I've ever had. Came around 12:25 and was told where to dock. Backed up to the door and ~12 minutes later the guy steps out and waves for me to get my signed paperwork lol. Backing is kind of weird with the way the curbs are, not much room for pullups if you don't angle it right the first time. Still deserves 5 stars for the unload time alone.”

“Imagine this: you order a shelving unit, it arrives with two plastic connectors broken by UPS's rough handling, and you find a phone number. Upon calling this number, a live human being answers right away, listens to your request, apologizes and promises to send replacement parts immediately. Yes, this happened to me in 2024! I was astounded and extremely grateful. The unit was easily assembled and looks great in my pantry. The quality of the item is very good, but I want to give a special shout out to the outstanding personal customer service. Thanks, Steve!”

“My family and I had a disappointing experience here yesterday, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that this is still a great Costco. We've been shopping at this location for about 30 years. We've made friends with some of the staff over the years. The vast majority of employees have always been kind, patient, funny, and welcoming, which is why I'm still leaving five stars. However, I want to mention an interaction that was upsetting. Yesterday, only a few minutes after we arrived, my mother and I stopped to look at some skirts. My mother held one up to check the size, handed it to me, and I folded it neatly before putting it back. I also looked at one myself, folded it, and returned it to the table. An employee had been standing nearby watching us the entire time. She appeared to be glaring at us. She remained close enough and imposing enough that my mother and I commented on it to each other in Mandarin because it was unusual. As we were leaving, she told us that we had ruined the display and that the mess was our fault. When my mother replied that we had just arrived and had folded everything we touched, the employee spoke to us in a hostile tone and walked away before we had a chance to respond. And I didn't respond well. Feeling upset, I intentionally unfolded the skirts I had just folded and ruffled the stack. That was my choice, and I regret it. My entire family has worked in retail or customer service. We understand how difficult those jobs can be, and we've always tried to be respectful of employees - not leave things untidy. Being accused of making a mess we hadn't made and being spoken to that way was unwarranted. And made my family upset enough that I'm writing this today. I hope management can remind employees to not take their stress out on shoppers. Aside from this one incident, we've had consistently positive experiences here over the years, and I hope this remains an exception. I'm also sorry for losing my temper and taking it out on the stack of skirts.”

Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
