The Self Service never opens on time. It's states 7:00 a.m. & They always open way after 7:00 a.m. UNACCEPTABLE! If hours changed, change the sign on door!!

Worst service ever, the black lady here on Saturday has a big attitude problem. Long wait time and she forced me to buy their expensive shipping envelope even though I’m already using a USPS envelope. Ridiculous. Will never come again.
