What a great experience!!The staff are so nice and accommodating. The room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at Blue Waters. Available beach chairs n umbrellas super convenient. Free hot breakfast. Small rooms but that's all of Fire Island. Come try it, in heart of downtown, and short walk from
