“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”

Then the staff found more in another location only a couple miles away and they were able to have it on hold, so when i made the quick drive to the 2nd location my item was already at the counter waiting for me. “There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. Give these two a nice Christmas bonus - they earned a customer for life for your business. Honestly.”
“It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.”

“Ordered to the shore with the massive selection conveniently available from my phone. Arrived in shop next day. Staff in store was extremely kind by staying a touch late (i rushed there after work before they closed), letting me pull the car close, and even helping me load the heavy wood panels. They are knowledgeable and even recommended i keep the receipt for excess supplies i didn't need which i could return. So i used only the materials necessary and then got my money back for the extras keeping me well under budget.”
“A large store with plenty choose from. Black Friday deals are still available for the handy person in your life. Checkout was fast and friendly. They also offer lockers for online orders which is a convenient option for smaller items. Plenty of parking and their are other stores in the center.”

“Ever since moving to Long Island, I have found myself at Home Depot more times than I would have imagined. It's so great that they're located very close to my home. They have all of the essentials and offer a very affordable price. Generally, the customer service is good, however I have noticed that there is an apparent staff shortage at times. I found myself waiting 20 minutes to get help with my project and had asked the manager multiple times for available team member for assistance. I did ultimately receive the help and I was given a 10% discount for the trouble. Parking is always plentiful and the store is neat and organized. Pretty much has anything for your home needs indoors and outdoors. Shoutout to Krissy for her excellent customer service and providing me with a discount.”

“Super nice employees and the best rental bikes I've ever gotten. The bikes seem like they're brand new or perfectly maintained, they don't have gears but you honestly don't need them because everything is so flat, you backpedal to break. Bike lock is included in the rental and pickup and drop off we're seamless. Highly recommend if you're going to be out in FI, we biked everywhere”
