“This store always has what I am looking for and then some. I do wish that the LaserJet Ink cartridges could be stocked a little better than they are. Sometimes, but not always, when I go they will be out of one of the toner cartridge colors and then I have to order from Amazon, which is annoying. The whole point of the brick and mortar store is that I want the product NOW!!”
“Every time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!”

“After a rough day trying to find and use shippers at other locations, what a breath of fresh air/pleasure it was dealing with the: friendly, knowledgeable, professionals at the Sayville UPS Store! Specifically, Angela’s depth of experience really put my mind at ease as she worked through the shipping of my unusually shaped/weighted packages, destination and out of country payee of shipping fee. All handled with such enthusiasm and friendliness! As I was writing this, she even called to let me know that the packages were wrapped carefully with kid gloves and out the door faster than expected! Wow! Additionally, shout out to Collin whom I initially called there to see if they were up to the task, who was just as professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions in a friendly/reassuring manner! Thank you all for being so accommodating! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!”

“I sent 4 boxes, I was afraid because of the negative comments. But I have to tell you that everything arrived as well as I sent it. The only thing is that two of my boxes were dirty with oil on the outside. I didn't send oil, but apparently some oil was spilled near my boxes and dirty two. Everything arrived very quickly. It only took 17 days.”
“I love the convenience and location of this post office. You can easily find parking and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are off peak times, when I have been in and out for a few minutes. I’ve gone in and done returns and they even scan QR code so they’re pretty high-tech. Highly recommend this location.”

“My first visit here was a good one, and when I have a good experience I like to let others know. Especially when most visits to USPS locations are usually not the most pleasant. Not this day at this location though! So let's celebrate, I was in and out in a couple minutes. The lonely gentlemen behind the counter just received a huge order from the customer before but it didn't take long at all(a minute most) and he was helping me with my few pieces of mail and off I went. Very nice...I hope you have a similar experience!”
“These guys printed me a large sized professional poster for a scientific conference. The quality was great and the staff professional. They also helped me relocate the receipt for it three weeks later, so yeah = these guys are the best!”

“I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received today. I was trying to send a package and I was struggling with getting the package ready and trying to care for my two little ones. It was becoming impossible. Just when I was about to give up and try a different day the women who were working saw me struggling and helped me right away. There were two women who came around the counter and brought out toys for my little ones , I believe their names were Careen and Jeanette. Jeanette helped entertain my little ones while another women named Hani got my package already to ship. There are no words to describe how incredibly thankful I am for the love that was shown today. “I just wanna say, this place and the employees there get a bad rap. They're understaffed but they still do their jobs well. I've never had any problems with any of the employees at this location, and in fact they're often very polite and helpful with me (maybe because I don't childishly gripe to them about every little thing but hey, what do I know?). A few of their regulars have gone above and beyond to help me with international shipping before as well. These people work hard, and they do a better job at it than UPS or FedEx, that's for sure. So thank you to the employees at this location. Thank you guys for actually caring even when your customers don't.”

“Got there slightly before closing time and the gentleman running the location, Mike, was very helpful and accommodating in shipping out a guitar.
This FedEx location was clean, well organized, and the pricing was much more reasonable against the competitors. There was also a nice assortment of products available.
Highly recommended with five stars!”
