“There was a blood stain in a carpet in my office that a carpet cleaning company came to 'treat and clean' about three different times in one week. It never got the stain out so i went to Floors Unlimited to pick out a new carpet and explained the situation to the manager. He pushed me into buying 12$ worth of carpet cleaner foam rather then getting all new carpet and baseboard molding. He literally pushed me the save myself about 1,300$ and said he's really confident i won't need new carpet. The sales guys are beyond honest and trustworthy !! These guys are now my carpet guys forever !!”

Mike is an OG in this business who delivers quality customer service at its highest. As a home-based business owner, it was imperative that my needs to be heard and implemented, on time. I received this level of attentiveness and professionalism from Mike and his crew. We had two separate crews who installed our vinyl flooring and carpet. They were quiet, and neat, and took the remnants with them. There was a small tweak with the base molding they replaced (yes, I am picky) and Mike was on it. He scheduled the crew for the next business day! Almost forgot - since there was left over carpet, Mike offered to create a runner and mat with the extra material!
