Charlie's Butchers is a hidden gem and a great butcher shop with an old school look. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely nice, making customers feel like family instantly. The meat selection is some of the best ever seen, with top quality and delicious fresh A1 meats. Their skirt steak is noted as the best ever eaten, and their strip steaks grill beautifully, are flavorful, not chewy, and melt in your mouth. They offer to marinate meat on the spot. The ready-to-eat meals and homemade dishes are excellent. Specific recommendations include the best beef pinwheels with skirt steak, the best homemade chicken meatballs and Chipotle chicken burgers, as well as sides like zucchini kous kous and broccoli Rob pasta. Everything is made with love. Customers highly recommend it, stating you won't be disappointed, and many report it is their new go-to meat market, with plans to return again and again.

The go to spot to get steaks. Easiest Father’s Day present every year. Had to write a review because I picked up 2 t-bones for a dinner night with my sister & cousins. One of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Consistently amazing
