I pressed the green face on the screen at the counter but that does not do them justice. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive to this location versus my local Mott Ave post office(they are horrible). Thank you again ladies!”

“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”
“2nd time going for passport renewal for my daughter and it was a great experience. He was personable, helpful and we were out in 10 minutes. I do recommend making an appointment online and not walking in.”

“The good news is they unlock the door a few minutes early. The bad news is they don’t open until 11AM! 11-7.
But they offer plenty of parking in front of the building, plenty of help on hand, and very pleasant workers. Also a do-it-yourself shipping service in the lobby. ♿”
“I don’t know how the rest of the facility is, but my experience was With a wonderful lady named Vanessa if you’re looking to get your passport done ask for Vanessa she’s awesome. She will literally guide you step-by-step. Answer any questions and you have she won’t look at you funny or look at you like you’re stupid. She’ll actually be helpful and kind and compassionate about it I’ve been to a lot of government facilities whether it be the DMV again the USPS traffic court, ect. I always leave saying the worker was always mean or rude or was just not welcoming at all. Vanessa is the opposite”

Not only was Lionel so kind but he was willing to go over the top to help me even when he was solo and had many people in the store. “I think this Post Office in Queens offers the best service. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond to make sure your paper work is in order. “Line moves fast. Isabella, the lady with the unkept hair, and sunken eye bags is rude and dry. Whereas, the woman with long grey hair is quick, kind and straight to the point. I didn’t catch her name it starts with a M, but give her a raise!”

“Great location and service. It's a plus since the wait times are not long at all in this location since it's not as populated. If you're in a hurry to mail something out and you're in the area, I'd suggest checking this location out. They only allow one person inside the actual office at a time because of COVID and since it's on the smaller side.”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”

“I live 1 town over but had a doctor's appointment here. I had stopped at the Valley Stream Post Office to buy stamps but the line was wrapped around the inside and when I went in the guy coming out was muttering about a half hour wait which is pretty normal there. So I went to the Elmont Post Office and was in and out in 2 minutes with 1 person infront of me when I went in and one person behind me as I left. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.”
“The regular workers are so polite, helpful, and patient. Whenever the lines are long and I have to wait instead of using the drop box, I get a greeting with a generous smile, and the greeting is worth the wait! So, I don't mind a sometimes unusual busy day at the Post Office!”
