Went to trade-in & upgrade my phone & she could have just handed us the phone but she went out of her way to ensure the phone is set up and ready to use while we were there. Had to call store a couple of times before heading there & she has always responded and been very patient.AT&T, take care of her. Not easy to find such people these days.”
