“Amazing experience. My order from American Girl shipped in two packages but I did not realise this when I processed my brokerage fee with myUSaddress. After I realised my error, I was worried that I would have to pay the full amount again on the second package. I called the warehouse but they had already noticed this themselves and were waiting for the second package. When it arrived, they consolidated and pushed both boxes together in one order. My call was answered by a person on the first try and the warehouse called me back within 15 minutes to tell me they were on it. Highly recommend. Haven't had customer service like this in ages!”
