We had an unexpected breakdown just outside of Olean when our water pump blew on May 13th, 2025. Stranded and stressed, we checked into the Best Western—and we're so glad we did. The night staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They didn’t just offer a room; they helped connect us with a reliable mechanic and made sure we had everything we needed to get back on the road within a day. The level of hospitality, compassion, and support we received was outstanding. Truly grateful to the entire team for turning a tough situation into a positive experience.

Pillow top mattresses to die for, quiet and clean and terrific buffet, breakfast and close to all sorts of amenities, Walmart, right across the street a beautiful hiking trail right behind it, Plenty of hot water and pressure

Got checked in room wasn't clean. Food from other guest still in the room hair all over coffee maker. They send someone to reclean and he used his hands to wipe things down. Came back to our room after being gone all day to dirty rooms and all the used towels still on bathroom floor. When down asked why nobody cleaned the room and was told they only clean if you ask, I think that a clean room and made beds and clean towels at this price should not be asked for. Three days with one towel to wash with is crazy. So had to ask for more towels and took them myself to our rooms. The front desk lady was nice about it but we payed for a nice place with a pool so the kids could swim other wise would have stay at motel on other side of town at least there you don't have to ask for your room cleaned or more towels for a three night stay. Two rooms at almost $900 you want clean and more TOWELS.

Very spacious and very clean room. Will come back and stay again while visiting.
Noteworthy details: Hotel is in the middle of all the action the town has to offer. A moments walk from many stores and restaurants.

Older mattress is not uncomfortable but very worn. Our room bed was like a wave because one person moved the bed would shift. Our fridge didn't work and was given a credit just glad family was closed to drop off our portion for a family gathering
Room was clean. we didn't use any of the amenities
Walkability: Applebee's next door. Room key get you a discount. Walmart and other shopping. ( Old navy shoe Dept ) is across the street. Other restaurants nearby.

Five stars all around. 1. No problem with an early check in as we were leaving our prior dump of a motel a night early. 2. Room 234 was perfect for wife, baby, and I. The kitchen and large fridge made storing and washing all of his things very handy. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was a perfect temp. Even seeing the little things like a clean, well landscaped parking lot and manager watering the flowers outside was a nice change. I highly recommend here.

Great everything. Charging setup was A1! Good breakfast, pool nice, quiet and perfect! 2 dedicated Tesla plus and a 3rd whatever whatever!

Staff is great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city....... rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Maneger is great and will address any concerns.

Well maintained property. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable mattress fridge microwave desk easy chair. Very quiet the night I stayed. Hot Breakfast items. Pool, fitness room.
