“We traveled 5 hours to visit family and it was a rainy day and we were looking for something to do and this is one of the coolest hardware stores we have ever set in. Doesn't matter what you need because they have everything ! Nuts bolts tires trailer hitches leaf springs screwdrivers tools headlights lamps lanterns shovels. I could go on and on and on and the people were amazing it is a bucket list visit no doubt and the picture is of a bomb they had hanging from the ceiling ! Too cool not to take a picture and they also have an alligator from Florida.”

“I had two guys (an electrician and a small engine repair expert) within a week's time recommend Harbor Freight tools. I felt compelled to purchase some tools I've wanted for a while from them, and I am very happy. I bought a Bauer string trimmer and cordless drill plus two extra batteries (5v). I was so happy with these tools that I went back a week later and bought a Bauer leaf blower. My yard looks great!”

“This is just the name I use for my Google account, so the store may not recognize it if they read this review...I was there today to pick up an online order for five new interior doors, doorknobs/hardware, and a couple of other small items. Every employee who assisted my wife and I were very friendly and helpful. I spent a considerable amount of money, so it was nice to save some and also nice to have the extra help loading everything into my truck. Major kudos to the folks at Home Outlet in Olean, NY!”

“Had a very positive experience at Olean Home Depot today. Went to purchase a trimmer/edger. So many choices!! I went to the desk and requested they send a salesperson over. An employee named Sheldon was sent to assist me. This young man was very personable; answered all my questions; explained the features of the models I had narrowed down. He pointed out the savings with purchase of a combination package-trimmer and leaf blower. I decided to purchase that one (Ryobi mfg#095377001). I picked up a collapsible yard waste bag too. Thank you to that young employee named Sheldon who so patiently answered all my questions. Keep up the good work!!”
