Im in the process of switching my fathers bank to another bank if they dont get their bank issues figured out soon. Im already looking at other banks for him to go to because everytime he makes an online order with his card it never goes thru because this bank/credit union has authorization issues everytime we make an online purchase. This has caused a lot of issues including my Grandmother not getting her Birthday present because the transaction kept declining even though he had well over enough money in his bank to accommodate his orders. The staff is very friendly but the banking is not working like it should. If he wants to use his card to order something online then he should be able to with no issues. My father doesn't have a computer to keep track of all of these orders that keep getting declined which is making things worse. We've called the bank everytime we have an issue and they say everything should go through fine but we're still having problems. Gets us no where

Darla was a lifesaver for me dealing with an extreme overcharge from a car rental company. I can imagine I was pretty panicked and stressed on the phone when I called to see if there was anything I could do to stop these charges. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns and was so helpful and understanding throughout the week of dealing with this. We are so lucky to have a local credit union that cares and values their members like Highpoint does! So grateful

I'm just annoyed that their drive thru ATM is so frequently out of service. More often than not, I pull around to see it's not working.

The app for banking is awful. No notification that you are overdrafting. Customer service was rude and blamed me for not noticing the $3 charges ( which used to be a $1 charge) because my checking was empty, but plenty of money in savings.

High Point helped me when nobody else would. The ladies are wonderful and very helpful. I will moving from my former bank and continue all of my financial obligations with them.

Child gets hurt in there establishment and they don't even make an incident report, don't address the problem professionally and there bank teller is completely unprofessional. Terrible experience, hands down worst bank to do business with.

Just a friendly tip the SATURDAY HOURS ARE DRIVE THRU ONLY!! Wasted time but not their fault Google doesn't give that info.
