I called the service center at Paul Brown Kia because my car wouldn't start. I was at work at the time and my car was at my home. I was fortunate enough to get some assistance from Tony who not only offered up some helpful tips, but stopped by my house after work to see how things came along. This thoughtful gesture was about as good as customer service gets. Thank you Tony! I highly recommend!!

After a horrible experience at another dealership I was referred to Jim and Paul Brown Kia. Jim was incredible and put me touch with Brandi who was fantastic. They were upfront, transparent and honest at every turn--Huge difference from my prior car buying experiences. I have already recommended Jim/Brandi to my sister. The dealership is very far from me but worth every mile traveled for such an easy stress-free experience. Brandi and Mary (the finance manager) made the process a pleasure, which is what buying a new car should be.

We bought a new vehicle from Paul Brown KIA, Jason was our salesperson. He was outstanding through the whole process. He was very diligent and thorough in explaining the buying process and explaining all the features of the vehicle. He was very patient as we decided between two different vehicle options. He called on behalf of buyers to quickly get actions from outside agencies completed so we could drive the vehicle off the lot the same day we purchased it. He also offered to go through anything the buyers were confused about after we bought the vehicle. Jason followed up with us a few days after the purchase to ensure everything was going well and that we liked the vehicle. Jason and Paul Brown KIA made the buying a new vehicle a great experience, I would gladly purchase from them in the future.

My Kia threw an engine code that required a dealer to service all while camping in nearby Allegany. I'm two hours from home, this is the closest dealer. Told customer service of my situation. The reply, "I don't have any appointments for even oil changes for two weeks out. You can tow it here, but don't call me up in 10 days wondering why I haven't looked at your car." -- While I appreciate the honesty upfront (the reason for two stars instead of one)... The inability for what I would constitute a more emergency situation (an undrivable vehicle in limp mode) to be looked at in a few days is not acceptable. Paid an expensive tow to have it towed back to a Rochester dealer. Vehicle repaired in two days. (They too were booking out a while, but had emergency slots for situations like this... Something Paul Brown Kia in Olean did not)

Couldn’t ask for better service. Dropped the car off for a recall inspection. They got it done quickly, and when I came back to pick it up, they had not only washed it, they vacuumed and shampooed the interior!
