I wouldn't purchase from here. Daughter purchased a extended warranty. It amounted to about a $3,000 piece of paper. One guy in service, sat by wall was just acted put out, the other guy Atleast tried to explain and help. They did get the vehicle fixed at moment, but danced around the warranty. Gave all these reasons why warranty was basically worthless. I kept bringing points up. Finally the service guy flat out said. The salesperson does not even know what they are selling in those warranties. They said it benefits them if they sell it. I said at end of day it's basically junk paperwork that cost a couple grand. I received a shoulder shrug.

The staff is very friendly and just awesome to work with. They went out of their way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted completely stress free. If you’re looking to buy a car, I would immediately RUN (don’t walk!) here. The salesman I went through was Jordan, definitely go talk to him for your next purchase at Paul brown 👍🏽
Also I have to give credit to Collin too, he also has gone out of his way to help me out with my car 🚙

Zander was great to work with! The General Manager, Jim was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. He keeps the atmosphere light but professional. Easy to deal with. I feel they took good care of me.

Over and above Zander, Collin, and Mary. Busted their backsides to get us the Sportage we wanted. Never pressured us at all, even let us test drive after hours to check out the headlights. That’s Service.

Paul Brown is truly a dealer for the people. I purchased a beautiful Durango last Fall, but my elderly mother could not get in/out easily (even after installing running boards). When I talked to James at Paul Brown about my situation, he said not to worry. “We can get you into something that works for your family” were his exact words. A Kia Sportage was the perfect solution! Not only is it perfect for my family’s needs, but the real was 100% fair. HUGE shout out to James and Collan! 🩷
