Tammy was patient, knowledgeable and calm when faced with 2 “older” phones. We found the solution and I walked out of there without feeling like I was even “shopping”. I’ll always look for Tammy when I need assistance with Spectrum.

I went into the Spectrum Store online Olean to add a cellphone plan to my internet service. The store was very clean and well laid out. The people were very friendly and David was very helpful getting me set up with a new phone. He was knowledgeable and professional.
