I would not have spectrum as my mobile provider for anything. My 77-year-old brother just went there for help after he bought a phone two days ago and the guy was rude. He did come and apologize, but that doesn’t make up for what he did. I tried to call spectrum to get the number for the store and they can’t give it to me. There is no way I would ever use spectrum for my mobile

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THEY HAD PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE FOR HOURS WHILE THEY HAD NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE CUSTOMERS WAITING.THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING I HAVE EVER SEEN AT THE OLEAN NY OFFICE!!!!!!

Myself and my wife have spectrum service our phones are paid off mine broke I tried to call the company I hear this go to the store and they will give you a upgrade. I even paid for a upgrade, when we get there to the store I got a total different story.they were rude disrespectful.I never did get a phone I had to use a old phone I have and switch SIM cards.

Went into store to return extra cable boxes and get rid of our movie channels - we kept one box and have internet thru spectrum & have for years. We came home to no TV & no internet. The associate at spectrum wiped out all of our services. After two + hours on phone with spectrum we do have TV back & hoping for internet tomorrow. That associate shouldn't be doing the job he is doing. Don't know if he needs to be retrained or reassigned or let go. *Beware*

Overpriced & predatory sales tactics. Dropped service and tried to keep me on the phone for a half hour arguing with me & not wanting to cancel things. Sent a guy to my house in a random vehicle at 7pm (already dark out) on a Monday to try to sell me Spectrum - as a woman living alone this is concerning… still constantly spam me with mail despite me requesting numerous times to take me off their list.

Just spent an hour online going in circles, then in a chat with 2 different people. NOt happy, We got the internet assist since we're retired and low income. Our internet speed dropped to 30mbps, but at night, it drops to 2-3mbps. So we can't watch movies without freezes and buffering. I TRIED to find out about an upgrade in speed and the chat rep offered 300mbps for $80? mo! For internet only. That's Bull. We see ads all the time for higher speeds for less than that, including a modem and antivirus software. If I try to find out what you offer for that price, I get asked for our address, which gets 'you already have service' and won't show rates. I'm about to call that complaint #. The chat ended with rudeness, with the person giving the same offer, then offering to call me to explain it. I said that's rude, since they were already repeating it. I hate being treated like 'you're lucky we're giving you a minimum BELOW what we offer anyone else"...at taxpayer expense

This place is a total ripoff, not the store but the company, as a internet provider. You pay $80 a month for internet they can’t even keep working most of the time. I can’t wait til impact internet gets their kinks worked out cause I will be switching to them. $80 for this garbage service, I must be insane

I went to the spectrum store to talk about how my service had been slow lately and I met the sales associate Shane who was incredibly helpful in getting us a new modem and router and I have to say I really have seen a difference in our internet service since changing our router and modem I was pleased that he didn't try to push us into upgrading service or spending extra money beyond what was necessary so definitely would recommend this place and this associate
