“After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts.
