“I’ve been working in Olean but I’m from out of state. I do a lot of driving between NH and here so I have been using this location for my basic auto part needs. Last night I needed new wiper blades for my truck and came here thinking I was just getting blades. The store attendant, Dakota, stepped right up and helped me through the process and through his expert knowledge, helped me to select the perfect fit and style for my application. I’ve been buying blades for years and thought I knew what I was doing but this young man really knows his blades which absolutely impressed me. He even installed them for me which I thought was fantastic. Dakota really deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the parts being sold.
