However, today when I was in the store one of the workers(Nick) showed a lack of respect of those around him especially his superiors and he didn't seem to care who was around to see it. This worker needs to learn how to express a concern when talking to a customer or in front of customers and he should follow the direction of his superiors.”

“Tom is very personable and has a great personality he listened to the details and took care of my Tesla Model 3. New upper control arms in the front took care of some noises, and put a new half shaft in the rear for some clicking noises. Mounted and balanced 4 new snow tires. The Model 3 is running smooth and quiet. Prices are reasonable and they are very quick with great quality. It takes quite a bit to impress me but Tom truly does know his cars! “No one wants to have to with deal with auto body issues after you make a boo boo, especially when you make one on another persons car you are using. But sadly it happens. I know I did so I took it to Kinney's and James and Kinney's made it almost a pleasant thing to deal with if that is possible. “Dale helped me make a convenient appointment for Monday but I just learned of an unexpected trip for memorial services 3 hours away. I was worried about going over on my tire rotation and needed an oil change. They were able to fit me in early and now I have peace of mind my care is solid mechanically.
What a blessing they were able to do both today!

“I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! Fantastic craftsmanship!I have had 2 vehicle windows tinted there as well and great tints that don't turn purple or bubble over the years! Mustang hatchback 5% was one and still black as reviews were not a thing back then.Well worth the wait for my seat, picked it up wrapped in plastic by them as well.Definitely recommend”

They took the car into the service bay 15 minutes ahead of time, and the installation was completed in 25 minutes versus the one hour estimated online. Personnel were efficient but not very friendly or welcoming, but the work was done correctly.”
