“I have driven Tacomas since 1991 and have never been let down by there reliability. They got my lifestyle. No exception to the 2026 Limited. I was worried that technology might complicate buying a 2026 but after I met with the sales rep she went thru all my questions and addressed all my questions well. I drove away happy and confident I made a great purchase. Thank you Mallory”

“I bought a 2025 Ford Escape from NYE in November. I was having issues with it misfiring and not running properly on Saturday so I booked an appointment online and got it in Monday morning. Everyone was amazing and very helpful. They made sure the warranty covered it and it took less than 2 hours to fix. Great work and great place to get you your vehicle fixed. Thank you!!!”

“No one wants to have to with deal with auto body issues after you make a boo boo, especially when you make one on another persons car you are using. But sadly it happens. I know I did so I took it to Kinney's and James and Kinney's made it almost a pleasant thing to deal with if that is possible. Great job very reasonable price and just a very great business to deal with. I don't have enough thanks to give them. If it had to happen I certainly made the right choice for service.Thank you once again James.🫡”

“I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SO TIGHT!”

“An appointment was easy to make online to schedule replacement of a dead battery in my car. They took the car into the service bay 15 minutes ahead of time, and the installation was completed in 25 minutes versus the one hour estimated online. Personnel were efficient but not very friendly or welcoming, but the work was done correctly.”
